Does Hypnosis Work For Stress and Anxiety? The answer is yes, absolutely!
You see, stress and anxiety are learned responses. Have you ever driven your car down a deeply rutted road? No matter how hard you try, the car’s wheels keep falling into the rut! Responding to life’s situations is a lot like that. It’s like your body mind has a deep stress and anxiety rut. No matter what you do, your body mind falls into the stress and anxiety rut when presented with life’s situations.
This is not a situation you can think your way out of. Instead, you need to have the body mind to smooth out the ruts. And this can be effectively done with hypnosis.
